Dick Gaither Dick Gaither is the president of Job Search Training Systems, Inc. and one of the original founders of JIST Works. During the past 25 years his peers have dubbed him the Wizard of Work. Over 100,000 job seekers and staff have attended his award winning job search training seminars. More than 2,000,000 copies of his training materials are in print and his materials and concepts are integrated into over 3,500 employment and training systems.

Dick Bolles of What Color Is Your Parachute? fame calls Dick Gaither "One of the most riveting job search trainers in the country." Gary Wilhelm's Bio

Dick Gaither For 25 years, Gary has performed structural designs and investigations. He has personally performed over 8,000 investigations or designs for owners, buyers, building managers, businesses, insurance companies, governmental officials, attorneys, contractors, and others, including foundation, framing and other distress resulting from settlement, slope instability, collapse, fire, water, insects, vehicle impact, truss failures, faulty construction, plus other problems for both residential and commercial structures.

Gary graduated from the University of Cincinnati, and studied postgraduate at Ohio State University. He has been a licensed professional engineer since 1981. He is a certified Plans Examiner by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, which has also approved several of his courses for continuing education credit (CEU's). He is also a Board Certified Building Inspection Engineer (CBIE). He has extensive and varied continuing training, including blasting damage, concrete repair techniques, geotechnical engineering, roofing, forensic engineering, mold testing and remediation, structural design, HVAC systems, National Electric Code, building codes, disaster response, plan review, ethics, insulation systems, framing systems, ADA, fire sprinklers, fire alarms, and fire-resistant construction.

In addition to operating his own structural engineering firm for over two decades, Gary has held positions of responsibility in industry and government.

A seminar leader on both the local and national level, Gary is known for presenting useful information in an entertaining format.

Gary is a decorated military veteran. He and his wife Joy have grown children and one grandson.
