Gary Wilhelm has performed structural designs and investigations since 1981. He has personally performed over 8,000 investigations or designs for owners, buyers, building managers, businesses, insurance companies, governmental officials, attorneys, contractors, and others, including foundation, framing and other distress resulting from settlement, slope instability, collapse, fire, water, insects, vehicle impact, truss failures, faulty construction, plus other problems for both residential and commercial structures.

Reports are professionally prepared, but typically concise. They include photographs, relevant codes and standards, causes, and general recommendations for repair or correction.

Our fee for engineering investigations is $130 per hour for all time expended, including travel, site investigation, and report writing.
